Richard K. MacWilliams
Chairman
Dick MacWilliams is Chairman of Intelligent Markets, Inc. He is also Chairman of BoardEx LLC, a global leader in relationship capital management, as well as Co-Founder and Managing Partner of eBond Advisors, LLC, a provider of credit enhancement services to corporations and governments in cooperation with investment banks. Previously, Mr. MacWilliams was Executive Vice President for Bridge Information Systems, following Bridge’s 1995 acquisition of EJV Partners, a joint venture among six large Wall Street firms and specialized in fixed income data and trading systems. He joined EJV in 1991 as President and CEO of EJV Brokerage, the first fully automated electronic broker in US Government Securities. Prior to that, Mr. MacWilliams was a senior executive in fixed income securities at Drexel Burnham Government Securities and at Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. While at DLJ Mr. MacWilliams was also President and CEO of ACLI Commodity Services, a worldwide commodity trading company acquired by DLJ in 1981. Mr. MacWilliams is a graduate of Bucknell University, where he served as a trustee from 1980 to 1988.
Michael Fairweather
Chief Executive Officer
Michael Fairweather is the Chief Executive Officer of Intelligent Markets, Inc. Michael has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Intelligent Markets he was with Arthur Andersen working in their Hedge Fund Advisory Group and their Derivatives and Treasury Risk Management Practice. Mr. Fairweather, a CPA, has a bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in finance and accounting, and is a certified project management professional.
David Boyd
VP of Client Services
David Boyd is the Vice President of Client Services of Intelligent Markets, Inc. David has been with the Company since 2006 and has over 15 years of experience in technology. Prior to joining Intelligent Markets, he was with Washington Mutual Bank and Cambridge Technology Partners. Mr. Boyd has a bachelor's degree from Indiana University.
Tao Alter
VP of Engineering
Tao Alter is Vice President of Engineering of Intelligent Markets, Inc. Tao has been with the Company since 2002, and has over 15 years of experience in finance, business and computer science research. Dr. Alter received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, where he was salutatorian, and received his masters and Ph. D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in computer science, with a minor in finance from the Sloan School of Management.
